Good for teeth and gums
LEXA® Denta-Akut contains selected herbs (thyme, oregano, turmeric, and cinnamon) and is enriched with vitamin C and folic acid to support teeth and gums. Formulated as granules, LEXA® Denta-Akut can also be easily taken by horses with missing teeth.
Tip - DIY Toothpaste
Mix LEXA Denta-Akut with a little coconut oil and use this paste to clean your horse's teeth.
Place the coconut oil in a warm place so that it liquefies. We recommend mixing approximately 50-60 g of Denta-Akut into 200 g of coconut oil. The finished paste can then be stored for 1-2 weeks in a cool, dark place.
Simply apply to teeth and gums with a finger or a soft brush and gently massage in. The paste does not need to be rinsed out.
