Gently dissolves scabs and crusts. In cases of mud fever, eczema, and older skin injuries, stubborn scabs and crusts that adhere firmly to the hair often cover the affected skin areas. This hinders effective treatment of the underlying pathogens. Extremely thin oils in KERALIT Keralysin ointment penetrate, soften, and loosen these scab layers. These can then be gently removed, often after just one overnight application, without mechanical irritation or injury to the skin. Only then can additionally prescribed disinfectants or healing preparations achieve their optimal effect.
