TRUST equestrian's Sweet Iron bits are an excellent choice for horses of all types. Made of iron, they are characterized by their blue color and stimulate natural saliva production when they come into contact with moisture. This causes the horse to foam more and accept the bit better.
A single-jointed mouthpiece has one hinge point, which puts less pressure on the tongue than a double-jointed mouthpiece. It primarily applies pressure to the bars and sides of the tongue and is therefore considered a standard mouthpiece.
The Eggbutt is another standard cheekpiece, where the rings cannot move independently of each other. This directly conveys the rider's aids, and the bit lies stably in the horse's mouth. Furthermore, this cheekpiece does not pinch the corners of the horse's mouth, so bit rings are not necessary.
